Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Dubai Aura accepts returns or exchanges within 10 calendar days of delivery.
All items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels intact, unaltered, and free of any odor or signs of use.
No exceptions will be made.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the price of the item only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, particularly for high-value fragrance purchases.
Dubai Aura is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and cannot process returns for packages not received at our warehouse.
Please ship returns promptly, as product availability for exchanges is not guaranteed.
