Shipping policy

To ensure secure and timely delivery, please review the following shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once proof of delivery is attached to the tracking number, Dubai Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Responsibility for delivery rests solely with the shipping carrier once the package is confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting signature-required delivery to prevent loss or theft.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Delivery Attempts

At the carrier’s discretion, one to two delivery attempts may be made.
If no recipient is available, the carrier may:

  • Hold the package at a local facility for pickup, or

  • Return the package to the sender

If your package is not left at the delivery address, please contact the local office of the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

  • All shipping details listed above apply to domestic U.S. orders only.

  • Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed under any circumstances.
